Pasta with homemade red sauce

Pasta, homemade sauce, gluten-free, vegan, delicious....


The Ingredients: 




The Process:

 Chop squash into bite-sized pieces

 Saute squash, garlic olive oil, Italian seasoning, and black pepper over medium heat

Add diced tomatoes, let simmer for a few minutes

Add tomato sauce and two splashes of wine (for taste), let simmer while you cook the pasta

The Final Product:


Add the cooked pasta noodles to the sauce, stir, and serve
